Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email – and once your order is sent, you will receive a tracking confirmation by email. If you haven't received this, please contact us at info@printworksmarket.com for confirmation.
If you want to cancel or do changes in your order, please email info@printworksmarket.com as soon as possible, and we'll see what we can do. Please note that even if you contact us immediately, we can’t guarantee cancellation or changes.
If you have entered wrong personal information, like delivery address, phone number, name or similar, please email us at info@printworksmarket.com as soon as possible so that we can update this information before the order is being sent.

We deliver within 1-8 Business Days to the United States, depending on you choice in the checkout.
Note that these are only the transit times. If your order is placed after 2pm, your total shipping time adds up with 1 day extra.
Economy 5-8 Dusiness Days: 8,00 $

If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check around your delivery area, ask neighbors if they may have received it by mistake, and check with your local postal service. If it still hasn’t turned up, contact our customer service team for further assistance.
RETURNS & claims
The return must be made within 30 days from the date you received the delivery. The product needs to be in the same condition as when you received it, meaning no plastic or wrapping can be removed from the product.
If you've bought your product from any of our retailers, please contact them directly in case you need to do a return or a reclamation.
1. Go to this link: account.printworksmarket.us
2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
8. Click Request return.
We always check our return requests within 48 hours on business days. When your return request is approved, you'll receive an email with shipping instructions and a pre-paid return shipping label. After the product is returned to our warehouse, you receive a refund.
Note that you, the customer, will be charged a return shipping cost of 8 USD. This will excluded from your refund amount.
Our aim is to handle your return as soon as possible and we aim to have it handled and refunded within 2 weeks.
However, please keep in mind that processing times may vary depending on shipping and peak seasons. We will notify you once we issued the refund.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Packages not collected at service points within 14 days will be returned to PRINTWORKS, and you will be responsible for any cost associated with the return of unclaimed packages. This cost is currently 12 USD.

The products are produced continuously, which makes it difficult to answer precisely when your favorite item is back in stock. Please send us an email if you wonder about any specific product – and make sure to sign up for email notification on the product page.
Our products are designed in Sweden and produced in China. Please check out the product pages to see what materials they contain.
Currently we don’t offer product customizations to private customers – But who knows, we might in the future?!
